Your Trainers

Hello! My name is Pete, and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, boxing coach, and owner/founder of Train with Pete LLC. I have been practicing personal training for four years, and have coached clients with physical obstacles such as knee replacements, lower back pain, rheumatoid arthritis and ankle fusions. I also specialize in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, and those in need of a confidence boost! My areas of expertise include strength training, mindset coaching, weight loss, and boxing! 

I graduated from Ithaca College in 2017 with a bachelors degree in psychology and dual minors in counseling and philosophy. My passion in life is helping others through the power of health and fitness. My training philosophy is geared towards helping my clients achieve long term success through empowerment and education. I make training more than palatable: we're guaranteed to share laughs along the way!


These days, I enjoy spending time with my wife Vanessa, golfing, and gardening.

My name is Tim, I'm a certified fitness trainer with concentrations in active aging, functional movement, athletics and nutrition.  

After working in the corporate world for several years I decided to make my passion for fitness my career.  I have been training folks of all ages and fitness levels for roughly 8 years.  I truly love helping people make positive lasting changes to their lives though their fitness journey.  I have taught classes, conducted small group training and held 1x1s over the years.  I have a function first approach to fitness that promotes neutral posture, stability and mobility.   I hope to see you at TWP soon!

I have been training with Pete for over 4 years now. When I first started training my core and back were very weak. Pete has helped me build my core strength which has helped my back pain. He is very knowledgeable about working around injuries. He listens to you and asks for input on how you feel before, during and after the workout.
