1-on-1 Personal Training

I believe in cultivating healthy, close relationships with my clients to facilitate success both in and out of the fitness studio.
I specialize in training individuals 40+ who want to build strength, lose fat, and increase confidence. I also have experience working with individuals with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and low back pain.
I also specialize in the psychological side of personal training. Changing and improving mindset is critical when tackling your fitness goals. With the use of positive psychology, mental exercises and the occasional piece of homework, we work together to improve mindset around exercise.
I have been teaching boxing since 2016. I participated in Ithaca College boxing club for 2 years, and trained with the legend Patrick O'Connor of Black Irish Boxing in the summer of 2016.
I teach boxing to many of his clients: it's an intense workout, and yields numerous benefits. Watch as your fitness level and confidence skyrocket as you learn and practice new skills!
